摘要目的:观察天麻钩藤治疗轻-中型高血压的疗效及患者血脂变化。方法:99例高血压患者随机分成治疗组51例和对照组48例;对照组采用常用降压药物苯磺酸左旋氨*** mg,1次/日;治疗组采用苯磺酸左旋氨*** mg,1次/日,加口服天麻钩藤颗粒5 g,3次/日。观察两组治疗后血压变化及血脂指标的变化。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率(%)高于对照组(%),且血脂指标改善明显优于对照组(P<)。结论:天麻钩藤颗粒在协助降压同时,兼具调节血脂代谢异常,疗效显著。

Abstract Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tian Ma Gou Teng in the treatment of light and medium hypertension and the blood lipid change of :99 cases with hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group in 51 cases and the control group in 48 control group were treated with levamlodipine besylate tablet monly used antihypertensive drugs, mg,1 time one day.
The treatment group were treated with levamlodipine besylate tablet mg,1 time one day,and plus oral Tian Ma Gou Teng granule 5 g,3 times one treatment,the blood pressure change and the blood lipid indexes change of the two groups were :After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(%) was higher than that(%) of the control
