摘要: 本文详细介绍了某厂国产330MW机组在调试期间第一次冲转过程中,由于挡风板脱落造成突发性振动的现场整个测试、分析与定性、确定处理方案的过程,并通过对挡风板上下两部分点焊和使用高强螺栓连接挡风板的方式,成功消除机组振动使机组顺利达到工作转速。文中给出的该种振动故障的振动特征、分析方法、处理措施可供现场类似故障的分析处理提供参考。

Diagnosis and Fault Treatment from Vibration of Domestic 330MW
Generating Units during Debugging
Abstract :: Detailed process by which using the means of testing at site, analyzing, forecasting and confirming the processing scheme will be presented in this article to discuss the sudden vibration accident es from the detachment of wind board during the first running debugging test of Domestic 330MW Generating Units in a factory. In order to eliminating vibrations to obtain a rigid rotor, jointing the wind board with high strength bolts and spotting welding the two sides of wind board above and below are necessary steps in the course. The vibrational characteristics, analyzing methods and solving solutions provided in this article could be an effective reference for a similar accident in the future.

1、前言
振动是关系到汽轮发电机组设备安全与正常生产的重要故障,并且振动故障在设备的故障中占有很大的比重,是影响设备安全与稳定运行的重要因素。振动过大对机组的危害是十分严重的,如导致轴承乌金疲劳损坏、机组通流部分摩擦、大轴弯曲,严重时更将导致汽轮发电机组轴系断裂恶性事故。本文以某厂新建国产330MW机组为例,介绍了由于挡风板脱落造成的机组突发性振动整个测试、分析、定性、处理方案确定和实施过程,以及最终的处理结果。
