农用硅藻土高吸水树脂合成工艺条件的优化研究∗

摘要:试验采用水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵-
亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,硅藻土为添加剂,在 60 ℃,选出了最优组
合,即中和度为 80%、交联剂为 %、引发剂为 %、丙烯酰胺为 17%、硅藻土为 11%,其吸蒸馏水倍率
达 g/,通过单因素试验着重研究了中和度、交联剂和引发剂等因素的改变
对吸水倍率的影响。

Abstract:Using acrylic acid and acryl amide as monomer,sodiumcarbonate as neutralizing agent,N,
N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent,ammonium persulfate, sodium bisulfite as Initiator and diatomite
as additive,diatomite super absorbent polymer was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization under 60
℃.Through the orthogonal experiment, the bination was selected:neutralizing agent 80%,crosslinking
agent %,initiator %,acryl amide 17%,diatomite 11%,the water absorption is the influences
of synthetic conditions,such as the amount of neutralization,the amount of concentrat
