插装式电闭环比例节流阀的特性研究

5 摘要:比例流量阀是电液比例控制技术的核心元件,作用是连续控制液压系统的流量。其中,
比例节流阀结构简单,成本低,动态响应快,稳定性和可靠性好,在工业生产中获得广泛应
用。对此,本文设计了一种插装式电闭环比例节流阀,介绍了结构和工作原理,并通过仿真
软件 simulationX 对阀进行建模与仿真分析,确定了阀的主要结构参数。仿真结果表明,这
种电闭环比例节流阀具有很好的控制精度和动态响应特性。在负载变化不大的场合中选用也
10 比较经济合理。

Abstract: The electro-hydraulic proportional flow control valve is the ponent of the
proportional control technology, its role is to continuously control the flow of the hydraulic system.
20 Among them, the proportional throttle valve structure is simple, low cost, fast dynamic response,
stability and reliability,it is widely available in industrial production. Therefore, this paper
presents a proportional throttle valve, the structure and working principle are introduced, and the
valve through the simulation software simulationX modeling and simulation analysis to determine
the parameters of the main structure of the valve. Simulation results show that the electrical
25 closed-loop control proportional throttle valve has good accuracy and dynamic response. Little
change in the load to use
