摘要
本设计主要对食品废水的处理进行初步设计,以解决其带来的环境污染问题。
针对该废水有机污染物浓度较高,易生化降解,悬浮物含量高的特点,经过多种方案的比较,本设计最终采用SBR为主体的工艺流程。流程简述为:首先对污水进行预处理和一级处理,主要有格栅、调节池等构筑物,其目的是去除部分悬浮颗粒。继而进行生化处理,主要采用的是SBR反应池,其目的是去除水中大部分有机物。流程中产生的污泥通过浓缩和脱水处理后外运。
本流程对处理食品废水具有处理效果高、操作简单、运行稳定、费用低、污泥产量少的特点。并且初步预算表明,该工艺能带来较好的经济效益和环境效益。
本设计对格栅、调节池、鼓风机房、SBR反应池、污泥浓缩池等构筑物进行了详细的计算,编制设计说明书一份;且绘制了厂区总平面图、工艺流程图、高程图各一张及主要构筑物SBR反应池和污泥浓缩池图各一张。

Abstract
This design mainly carries on the preliminary design to food waste water's processing, solves the environmental pollution problem which it brings.
Against the characteristics of high concentration anic matters, easy biodegradation and high levels of suspended solids,the sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process was finally adopted parison.
The process can be summarized as follows:First, pretreatment was carried out to remove suspended particles and the main structures including grille,regulating pool and so on. And then the SBR tank was used as biological treatment and the majority anic matter were removed here. Sludge generated by the flow was moves away after concentration and dehydration.
This flow to processes food waste water to have the processing effect to be high, the simplicity of operator, the movement are stable, the expense is low, sludge output few characteristics. And the preliminary estimate indicated that this craft can bring the good economic efficiency and the environment benefit.
Some detailed calculations of constructions including grid, SBR tank,sludge thickener and other structures pleted in the design. A design instruction booklet and five blueprints including district layout,flow chart, elevation chart,SBR tank and sludge concentration tank were also plished.
