文档介绍：中华人民共和国卫生部令OrderoftheMinistryofHealthofthePeople'sRepublicofChina第 49 《建设项目职业病危害分类管理办法》已于2006年6月15日经卫生部部务会议讨论通过,现予以发布。本办法自发布之日起施行。upationalDiseaseHazardsClassificationManagementRegulationswerediscussedandadoptedbytheMinistryofHealthInternalAffairsMeetingonJune15,. 部长高强GaoQiang,Minister 二○○六年七月二十七日July27,upationaldiseasehazardsClassificationManagementRegulations第一条为了预防、控制和消除建设项目可能产生的职业病危害,根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》(以下称《职业病防治法》),制定本办法。Article1TheseRegulationsareformulatedforthepurposeofpreventing,ordingtoThePeople'upationalDiseasePreventionLaw(upationalDiseasePreventionLaw).第二条本办法所称的建设项目,是指可能产生职业病危害的新建、扩建、改建建设项目和技术改造、技术引进项目。Article2TheconstructionprojectsreferredtointheseRegulationsarethenew,expanded,《职业病危害因素分类目录》所列职业病危害因素的项目。:upationaldiseasehazardsincludethefollowing:(一)《高毒物品目录》所列化学因素;(I)ChemicalfactorslistedintheListofHighlyToxicSubstances;(二)石棉纤维粉尘、含游离二氧化硅10%以上粉尘;(II)Asbestosfiberdust,dustcontainingmorethan10%freesilica;(三)放射性因素:核设施、辐照加工设备、加速器、放射治疗装置、工业探伤机、油田测井装置、甲级开放型放射性同位素工作场所和放射性物质贮存库等装置或场所;(III)Radioactiveelements:devicesandlocationssuchasnuclearfacilities,radiationprocessingequipment,accelerators,radiotherapyequipment,industrialdefectoscopes,oilfieldwellloggingdevices,ClassAopenradioisotopesworkplaceandradioactivematerialstorage;(四)卫生部规定的其他应列入严重职业病危害因素范围的。(IV)、审核、审查和竣工验收实行分级管理。Article4Agradedapproachshallbeimplementedinthefiling,auditing,、审核、审查和竣工验收:MinistryofHealthisresponsibleforthefiling,auditing,eptanceofthefollowingconstructionprojects:(一)由国务院投资主管部门和国务院授权的有关部门审批、核准或备案,总投资在50亿人民币以上的建设项目;(I)Constructionprojectsreviewed,approvedorfiledbytheinvestmentauthoritiesoftheStateCouncilandrelevantdepartmentsauthorizedbytheStateCouncilandwithatotalinvestmentofm
