永昌发电公司循环水缓蚀阻垢剂性能研究

摘要
在循环水冷却系统中,由于冷却塔的蒸发会使系统中各种盐份的含量逐渐升高,循环水中的碳酸根碱度和硬度值达到一定程度,就会导致凝汽器铜管的结垢。通常,由小型试验所确得的循环水的最高允许浓缩倍率是控制循环水排污的依据。而循环水的浓缩倍率与缓蚀阻垢剂的性能有重要关系,在使用过程中要必须对缓蚀阻垢剂的性能进行评定。
循环水在浓缩蒸发过程中,各种离子的浓度随浓缩倍率的增大而增大,当浓缩倍率达到一定数值时,二氧化碳溢出,产生碳酸盐沉淀,此时水中的碳酸盐碱度就是极限碳酸盐碱度。据此可以计算出极限浓缩倍率。加入阻垢剂的目的,就在于提高其极限碳酸盐碱度,其极限值越高,其阻垢效能也越好。
本文介绍了用动态极限碳酸盐法,在小型模拟试验的环境下,按照一定的试验条件和试验方法,对永昌发电公司缓蚀阻垢剂阻垢性能和缓蚀性能进行评定。对缓蚀阻垢剂的阻垢和缓蚀机理进行了分析,针对永昌发电公司循环水水质、运行状况,按照国家和行业标准,确定缓蚀阻垢剂的投加量,分析了在缓蚀阻垢剂的使用过程中应遵循安全技术措施。
