[摘要] 目的观察分析甲巯咪唑联合雷公藤多苷片治疗甲亢的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月~2013年12月本院收治的92例甲亢患者为研究对象,将患者遵循随机分配的原则分为对照组(甲巯咪唑组)46例和观察组(甲巯咪唑联合雷公藤多苷片组)46例,比较两组的总有效率和治疗前后疾病的相关血清指标水平。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,而治疗后的疾病相关血清指标水平改善情况显著好于对照组(P<)。结论甲巯咪唑联合雷公藤多苷片治疗甲亢的临床效果明显好于单用甲巯咪唑,对疾病相关指标的改善更为明显。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of bined with tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment of hyperthy
reosis.
