摘要
随着油田开发的不断深人,油田采出水量逐步增大,特别是注水开发的晚期,采出水率高达80-90%。采出水中所含的油和脂及其它溶解化合物,如不进行处理,排入水体则会造成污染,破坏生态平衡,并且造成大量的水资源浪费。
本文对国内外油田污水处理工艺、水质及处理设备等方面进行了研究;详细分析了滨南油田污水处理现状及存在的主要问题;综合运用当前污水处理的先进技术,完成了滨五污水处理工程的方案设计;首次在处理罐内采用了新型斜板,提高了处理效率和处理质量,处理后水质达到SY/T5329-94规定的B2级油田注人水水质指标要求,并使净化污水处理回注地层,达到环保部门要求的“零”排放,既能有效地保护油区生态环境,又充分利用了污水资源,不仅为油田的可持续发展打下了坚实的基础,且可进一步提高油田开发的总体技术经济效益。

ABSTRACT
Study on oil field sewage treatment and project design with the deepening of the oil field development, the oil field sewage displacement is ing larger. For the later period of oil field syringing extracting, the displacement rate is as high as 80 to 90 percent .If the oil, grease and other solute contained in the sewage were not disposed and drained into the groundwater directly, the environment would be polluted; the ecological balance would be destroyed and the water resources would be wasted.
The process, water quality and equipment of oil field sewage at home and abroad is investigated in this paper. The present status and the main problems of the sewage process in Binnan Oil Recovery Plant are analyzed in details. With the up-to-date and advanced technology of oilfield sewage treatment, the project design of No. 5 Sewage Treatment Station, Binnan pleted. The water quality after treatment can meet the standard B2 stipulated in SY/T5329-94. Thus Zero Sewage Displacement put forward by the environmental protection sections is satisfied. The project can protect the environment effectively and makes a good use of sewage resource as well.
