摘要目的:观察芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压对癌症化疗患者便秘的临床疗效。方法:将癌症化疗患者随机分为两组(各41例),试验组予芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压;对照组予芪蓉润肠口服液。比较两组干预后的起效时间、恢复正常时间及治疗总有效率。结果:%,%,%%(P<)。结论:芪蓉润肠口服液配合穴位按压,能更快、更有效地改善便秘症状。

Clinical study on Qirong Runchang oral bined with acupressure
in the treatment of constipation in chemotherapy patients with cancer

ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effect of Qirong Runchang oral bined with acupressure on constipation in chemotherapy patients
with cancer. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=41, treated with Qirong Runchang oral bined with acupressure) and a control group (n=41, treated only with Qirong Runchang oral liquid ). The onset time, recovery time and the total efficiency of treatment pared between two groups after intervention. Results: The total effective rate and the total efficiency were % and % in the experimental group, which were significantly higher than % and % in the control group (P<). Conclusion: The symptoms of constipation can be effectively improved with Qirong Runchang oral bined with acupressure.
