本文探讨了中小学信息技术(資訊科技)课程教材建设,主张信息技术课程要走出传统的计算机教学仅仅着眼于教给学生计算机知识和应用软件操作的狭隘境地,将信息技术课程的教学与学生的日常学习生活结合起来。作者提出了采用学习信息技术的“模拟操作、任务驱动、研究驱动”三种模式嵌套循环的教材设计方法,构建一个培养学生知识、技能、态度相融合的高智慧信息技术教育课程教材体系。

Since 2001,over 90% middle schools and primary schools in China will set required information technology curriculum. All students will have information technology and literacy skills. This paper discussed how to build IT curriculum. The author point out IT curriculum not only provides puter knowledge and application skills to the students but integrates the IT into students’ learning and living. The author put forward a information literacy curriculum model that integrate IT knowledge, application skills and attitude and 3 instructional models such as imitation- training, task-oriented training, research-oriented training into a course.

从2001年起,中国将用3-5年时间,在所有的初级中学以及城市和经济比较发达地区的小学开设信息技术必修课,并争取尽早在全国90%以上的中小学校开设信息技术必修课。我国2亿多青少年将通过正规课堂教学学习信息技术,培养适应21世纪社会生活必需的信息素养,这是信息技术在教育中应用的一场深远的变化。[5]
