虚拟制造技术在 VE型分配泵研发中的实现

摘要:该文基于虚拟制造技术,从面向产品全生命周期的角度,以汽车发动机 VE型分配泵为研究对象,研究了以设计为中
心的虚拟制造技术在汽车零部件设计中的实现。研究内容主要包括虚拟设计、虚拟样机、虚拟装配、有限元分析、虚拟加工仿
真等,并对研究结果进行了实验验证。该文利用该研究方法重点分析了 VE型分配泵传动部件易断裂问题,并结合企业实际
给出了解决方案。企业的成功实践表明,将虚拟制造技术应用于产品的开发与改进,是一种切实可行的设计理念和方法。

Applica tion of VM T in VE Pum p D esign

ABSTRACT: In this paper, based on V irtual M anufacturing Technology (VM T) , regarding VE pump as a
research object, and from the viewpoint of the total life cycle of p roducts, the app lication of Design - Centered
V irtual M anufacturing Technology in automobile parts design is discussed. Design - Centered V irtual
M anufacturing includes V irtual Design, V irtual Prototyp ing, V irtual A ssembly, FEA, V irtual Process etc. And
the conclusion of app lication research is validated by experiment. A rup ture p roblem analysis examp le of the
VM T app lication in VE pump is also p resented. And a particular and effective solution has been p rovided. In
p ractice, the VM T app lication in VE pump design is an effective design concep t and method.
