在临床护理教学中贯穿护理礼仪教育的
效果研究

摘要目的探讨在中专护理专业临床护理教学中贯穿护理礼仪教育的效果。方法将 186 名护生随机分为实
验组 96 名和对照组 90 名,实验组在学习护理礼仪后,在临床护理各学科教学中强化礼仪知识的教育,并把礼仪融入各
项操作考核中对照组采用传统教学与考核方法。结果实验组护生临床护理各科技能平均成绩优于对照组 P <
0. 01 ,实习前及实习结束前问卷调查结果发现,实验组护生掌握与运用护理礼仪的能力与对照组比较,差异有统计学
意义 P < 0. 01 。结论在临床护理教学中贯穿护理礼仪教育,是中专护生良好礼仪习惯形成与培养的重要途径,也是
提高护生综合素质和护理质量的关键。

Abstract Objective To study the effect of etiquette education through clinical nursing teaching in secondary medical
school. Methods 186 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group n = 96 and control group n = 90 . In
the experimental group,the education on etiquette was strengthened in the teaching of each subject after the students had the
lessons of etiquette of nursing care and the knowledge of etiquette was applied to the examination of clinical nursing practice,
and in the control group the traditional teaching and assessment methods were used. Results The average scores of clinical
