综合康复疗法治疗 2 型糖尿病胃轻瘫的
临床研究

眼摘要演目的观察综合康复疗法治疗 2 型糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法将 40 例 2 型糖尿病胃轻瘫
(GDP)患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组仅给予口服药物(多潘立酮片 10 mg 口服,每天 3 次)治疗。治疗
组在对照组基础上给予电针、高压氧、有氧锻炼的综合康复疗法。分别于治疗前和治疗后评定两组患者空腹血
糖、餐后 2 小时血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数、体重指数、消化道症状评分、胃排空时间、自主神经功能异常、胃动
素等疗效指标。结果治疗组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后 2 小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密
度脂蛋白胆固醇与治疗前比较明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(t 分别=、、、、、,P 均<);与
对照组治疗后比较,差异也均有统计学意义(t 分别=、、、、、,P 均<)。治疗组治疗后
消化道症状评分、胃排空时间、体重指数与治疗前比较有明显好转, 差异均有统计学意义(t 分别=、
,,P 均<)。治疗组治疗后症状评分、胃排空时间、体重指数与对照组治疗后比较有明显改善,差异有
统计学意义(t 分别=、,,P 均<)。结论综合康复疗法治疗 2 型糖尿病胃轻瘫具有明显疗效。

眼Abstract演 Objective To observe the effect bined rehabilitation therapy on the diabetic gastroparesis patients.
Methods Forty type 2 diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly divided into control group and therapy group.
