摘要:本文以聚丙烯为主要研究对象,制备PMDA-ODA型聚酰亚胺,采用聚酰亚胺粉末或聚酰胺酸溶液改性聚丙烯。通过改变聚酰亚胺的分子量和添加量,经过挤出、注塑,从而得到不同聚集态结构和性能的聚丙烯/聚酰亚胺复合材料。
对制备的复合材料进行各种性能测试和结构表征:红外、偏光显微镜、XRD、扫描电镜、拉伸测试、冲击测试和维卡软化点。研究发现,聚酰亚胺的加入会不同程度的降低聚丙烯的结晶度;聚丙烯/聚酰亚胺的聚集态结构和性能受聚酰亚胺分子量和添加量的影响,分子量、添加量过大或过小都不利于复合材料规整结晶结构的形成。当用溶液改性时会出现分子链降解和环化情况。用粉末改性的配比为100:,结晶最为完善,晶体数目最多,且球晶尺寸较小,大小均匀,综合性能最好。

Research of PP/posite Materials
Abstract
In this paper, the Polypropylene (pp) is the object of study by adding the type PMDA-ODA of polyimide, To adopt Modified powder and Modified solution to prepare PP/posite materials. They got diffrent aggregation structure and properties of posite materials by the polytechnic of supplant and syringe which is under The condition of different molecular weight and different ratio.
Testing posite materials performance and characterizing their structure. Found that the addition of polyimide can induce the polyproylene molecules crystallize in various degree. The aggregation structure and properties of PP/posite materials can be effected by the molecular weight and ratio.
The molecular weight and ratio that not too high or too slow is conducive to the formation of the crystallographic of posite material. The molecular chain will degradation and cylization when the solution of PAA is modified. When using PI powder to modified PP under ratio of 100:,pound materials can get the most neat aggregation structure ,the most perfect crystalloid, the largest number of spherulite size and smaller, uniform size, the best properties as well.
