黑龙江省农产品对外贸易发展策略研究
摘要
黑龙江省农业资源丰富,是我国农产品出口大省,改革开放以来,黑龙江省把扩大对外开放作为振兴经济的一项重大措施,其中农产品对外贸易是主要创汇项目。然而随着农业综合开发的深化,农业的发展和农产品的不断增加,黑龙江省农产品贸易环境得到了改善,但是仍然存在着农产品科技含量低,结构不合理,出口国家较集中等诸多问题。根据近几年黑龙江省对外贸易的部分数据分析了影响黑龙江省农产品对外贸易的影响因素,并在此基础上提出了几点促进对外贸易发展的对策和建议。

A Study on Agricultural Products Export
Strategies of Heilongjiang Province
Abstract
Heilongjiang, one of the biggest agricultural product and export provinces in China, has rich agricultural resources. Since the reform and opening, the government seem the economic revitalization expand opening as a major measure. Agricultural trade is one of the main exchange projects. However, with the deepen of prehensive exploitation, the development of the agriculture and the including of agricultural production, even though the increasing agricultural tariffs yearly cuts until 2006 canceled entirely. The Agricultural trade of Heilongjiang has been faced with a great challenge. There are many problems in the agricultural trade. For example, the low technology content, unreasonable structure, the export countries concentrate and so on. According to the data these years in agricultural trade of Heilongjiang, and basis to solve problems, and Suggestions to promote foreign trade.
