三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)耐热氧老化性能的研究
摘要
为了考察 EPDM 的耐热氧老化性能,本文通过对不同硫化体系、不
同防护体系和不同补强填充体系的 EPDM 配方进行热氧老化进而优选配
方,同时对其溶胀度和断口形貌进行了研究。结果表明:过氧化物硫化
体系比硫磺硫化体系耐热性好,压缩永久变形小;防老剂 RD+MB 比防
老剂 4020、NAPM 的防护作用好;炭黑 N330 的补强效果最好;无机填
料 MgO 和 MDMA 的并用能够提高耐热氧老化性能;并且随着老化时间
的延长,橡胶的拉伸强度、断裂伸长、溶胀度的变化趋势总体是下降的,
并且对不同硫化体系和不同炭黑种类的配方进行了寿命推算。

The aging study of ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer
(EPDM) under the conditions of high temperature
Abstract
In order to investigate the aging property of ethylene-propylene-diene
terpolymer (EPDM) rubber in the high temperature,we choose the optimal
design of EPDM by changing curing system, antioxidant and reinforcing
and filling system. The mechanical properties, swelling degree and SEM
were used to assess aged properties of EPD- M. Resulted indicated that for
the EPDM, peroxide cure systems is better than su1ph- er cure systems in
heat resistance ; antioxidant RD and antioxidant MB is better than
antioxidant 4020 and antioxidant NAPM in protective effect; Charcoal black
N330 has the best reinforcement effect; MgO and MDMA can improve the
thermal-oxydattive ageing property ; And the tensile strength, elongation
at break and swelling degree of pound decreased with the aging
time generally. The life of different cure systems and different charcoal black
was calculated too.
