贵州省桐梓县强博煤矿属资源整合扩建矿井,由复兴煤矿与水竹湾煤矿整合而成,矿山位于桐梓县水坝塘镇境内,该矿属于高瓦斯矿井。本设计的设计对象主要是原水竹湾煤矿,本文一开始对全矿的基本情况进行了介绍,针对原水竹湾煤矿1号开采煤层开采时存在的瓦斯涌出量大、瓦斯超限等严重问题,结合该矿的实际情况,对该矿井瓦斯涌出来源及构成和瓦斯储量的分析进行了计算,1号煤层开采时必须建立地面永久瓦斯抽放系统,并且对其必要性与可行性进行了论证。结合该矿的实际情况,确定了原水竹湾煤矿应实施邻近层穿层钻孔抽采、备采面顺层钻孔抽采,采空区高位钻孔抽放以及预埋管结合抽采和邻近层低位钻孔抽采。然后又对抽放系统进行设计,进行了管网抽放量的确定及管径的选取、管网阻力的计算,确定了比较合理的抽放系统管网布置形式,选择了与抽采能力相匹配的瓦斯抽放泵型号及泵站的附属设施。最后又对管路敷设、附属装置的安装及系统的安全措施,还有一些具体的安全操作要求进行了比较详细的说明。

Abstract
Guizhou province Tongzi County coal mine belongs to qiangbo integration and extension of coal mine,consist of fuxing coal mine and and shuizhuwan coal mine .The mine is located in the Tongzi County dam town churchyard, belonging to the high gas design is mainly for shuizhuwan coal mine. This paper initially introduces the basic conditions of this coal mine. Combined with the actual situation of the mine,such as the Bay 1 mining coal seam gas emission quantity is large,the gas concentration and so on, and according to the mine gas emission sources position and gas reserves calculation, No 1 coal seam must establish ground permanent gas drainage bined with the mine's actual situation, we identify that the shuizhuwan coal should be implemented in adjacent layers of borehole drainage, preparing exploit consequent borehole drainage, gob gas drainage by high level borehole and the adjacent layer low we conform the drainage system to the determine of the pipeline drainage quantity,selection of the tube diameter, and the pipe resistance calculation, we determine a reasonable drainage pipe layout, choosing drainage capability of matching gas drainage pump and pumping station we make a more detailed description about the pipelinelaying ,ancillary equipment installation,system security measures and some specific safety requirements .
