【摘要】中国大学生蕴藏着巨大的创业潜能,其有效开发必将成为经济增长的重要驱动力,但是影响大学生创业与否的因素是多方面的。本文以贵阳市为例,对贵阳市六所高校的在校大学生进行抽样调查,充分利用SWOT模型和Logistic模型对大学生创业行为影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:在大学生创业的劣势大于优势,威胁大于挑战的现状下,学历、性别、创业动机、国家政策、学校环境、家庭环境等因素对大学生是否创业起着显著的作用。

College students' entrepreneurial behavior influencing factors empirical analysis

Abstract: College students holds enormous entrepreneurial potential, the effective development will be an important driving force of economic growth, but the impact of the university student's pioneering work or not are various factors. In this paper, for example, Guiyang city in Guiyang six universities college students sampling investigation, make full use of SWOT model and Logistic model college students entrepreneurial behavior of the factors affecting the empirical analysis. The results showed that
under the present situation where the university student's pioneering work strength more than weakness, and threats than opportunity , they play a significant role on business whether college students ,such as education, sex, entrepreneurial motivation, national policy, school environment, family environment factors and so on.
