摘要:随着信息技术的发展,服务贸易在国际贸易中的作用越来越重要,然而四川省服务贸易的发展却相对滞后。本文将采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,立足于四川省服务贸易的发展现状,分别从波特钻石模型的生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略及其结构以及同业竞争、机会与政府五个方面,分析影响四川省服务贸易竞争力的主要因素,并选择人力资本因素、服务贸易发展水平和外商直接投资三个指标建立多元回归模型验证分析结果,得出各影响因素的影响力大小。最后,提出相应的对策建议。

Empirical Analysis on Influence Factors of petitiveness of Trade in Service of Sichuan

Abstract:Along with the development of information technology, the service trade is more and more important in the international trade, but the development of service trade is relatively backward in sichuan province. Based on the current situation of service trade development in sichuan , the method which is bining of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis will be used to analysis the main influencing factors petitiveness from the Michael Porter Diamon Model’s five aspects:agent of production, demand conditions,related and supporting industries, the strategy and structure of the enterprises and petition, opportunityies and government in this three factors which are human power , the developmental level of service trade and foreign direct investment will be choosed to set up regression model to verificate the results and ascertain the size of their consequence. Finally, based on this, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions will be put forward.

1 前言
研究背景
随着信息技术的快速发展和经济全球化进程的加快,服务贸易以高于商品贸易的速度增长,全球经济竞争的重点也从商品贸易转向服务贸易,服务贸易日益成为国家经济开放和发展的强劲引擎。1980—2007年这28年间,世界服务贸易规模已经从3600亿美元扩大到326000亿美元,。20世纪90年代以来,伴随服务技术的进步,世界服务贸易结构正进一步朝着技术、知识密集型方向发展。在全球服务贸易迅猛发展过程中,发达国家处于绝对优势地位,发达国家的服务贸易额占到世界服务贸易总额的75%以上,其中,美、英、德三国就占了全球服务贸易总额的近30%。
