摘要
合理分析商业银行的竞争力,是我国当前经济理论界十分关注的重大理论课题。随着市场经济的发展和改革开放的深化,银行业面临的金融形势日益复杂。在中国加入WTO以后,我国金融市场各商业银行之间的竞争日益激烈。提高国有商业银行竞争力是我国各监管机构对金融经济监督管制的重要法定目标,也是我国商业银行改革发展的首要目标。本文首先介绍了商业银行竞争力的概念以及各国评价商业银行竞争力的现状,然后借助我国上市商业银行的公开数据,选取定量指标分析四大国有商业银行的竞争力,并对影响我国商业银行竞争力的主要因素进行研究。通过竞争力分析的结果指出我国商业银行间竞争力的差异;分析造成各大商业银行竞争力差异的各因素,见微知著地提出提高国有商业银行竞争力的有效方法:改革国内商业银行的治理结构及业务结构,对其长期的成长战略进行改革和选择,调整国内商业银行的盈利模式,增加利润增长点等。

ABSTRACT
Currently in China, rational analysis of petiveness mercial banks has been a fiercely-discussed issue. With the development of the market economy and the reinforcement of “reform and opening up”, bank industry nowadays is confronted with a financial situation of plexity. One of the signs is that petition in bank industry and financial market has been constantly escalating since China’s entry into WTO. The improvement petitiveness is, therefore, of the statutory goals for our financial regulation which is examined by our regulatory bodies. and it is also one of top priority mercial banks that have always mitted to reform and development,
At the beginning, this paper introduces the concept of “competitiveness mercial banks” and the status quo of its evaluation in different countries. By drawing on the data published by mercial banks in China, this paper will examine four mercial Banks’ competitiveness through quantitative index and explore the major influential factors. On the basis of analysis, this paper argues that petitiveness mercial banks tends to be different, and it proposes several strategies mercial banks to improve petitiveness, including: improving the administration structure and business structure, choosing the development strategy to ensure long-term interest, adjusting the profiting model and increasing profitable entries.
