【摘要】中小企业融资困难的问题越来越突出,如何解决我国中小企业的融资问题和营造良好的融资环境,对于发展我国中小企业具有重大意义。本论文首先研究了中小企业融资相关概念,然后分析了我国中小企业融资的原因及现状, 再采用案例与实际理论结合的方法,并在此基础上具体研究和分析了一个中小企业,剖析了该企业成功融资的方法和方案。首先企业要提高自身实力,重视公司治理,这是融资的先决条件;然后,企业要根据自身特点,视情况而定,不同的情形采取不同的融资方式;最后,政府要做好中小企业融资的中介工作。在不断复苏的全球经济环境下,解决解中小企业的融资难的问题,需要企业、政府与企金融机构的全力合作。

Financing Strategies Of SMEs
【Abstract】 Currently,the problems of SMEs financing have e increasingly prominent, how to solve the financing problems of SMEs in China and to create a favorable financing environment is of great significance for the development of SMEs in paper first studied the related concept of SME financing, and then analyzed the current situation and the reasons of the financing problems of SMEs,then,use the theory with practice and case study method,analyse a Small-medium sized enterprise concretely,and put forward the method of SMEs' financing difficulties: first, to improve their own strength, the enterprise value structure, it is of financing governance; Then, according to its own characteristics, as the case may be, different situations to take a different mode of financing; Finally, the Government has to do SME financing intermediary. In the global economy has recovered to solve the difficult problem of financing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises, need the full cooperation of businesses, governments and enterprises, financial institutions.
