摘要:采用20种不同培养基分离水葫芦内生细菌,利用细菌脂肪酸鉴定技术对水葫芦的内生细菌进行鉴定,研究水葫芦内生细菌的种类及群落结构。共得到32个属的56株内生细菌,种类最多的是微杆菌属(Microbacterium),共有9种细菌。其次为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),共有7种细菌。芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)有5种细菌。其余23个属均有1种。利用优势度指数分析各培养基分离到内生细菌的多样性,,分离得到的内生菌种类最多均为7种;其次是16号黄豆芽汁培养基(~)和20号醋酸菌培养基,,分离获得内生细菌均为5种。

Isolation and identification of the endophyte bacteria from Eichhornia crassipe (Mart.) Solms.

Abstract:Endophyte bacteria were isolated from the plant tissues of Eichhornia crassipe (Mart.) Solms. by using 20 types of cultural media. The collected 56 bacterial isolates were identified with bacterial fatty-acid identification system to study the population structure of endophyte bacteria inside E. crassipe. The endophyte bacteria were classified into 32 genera, while most belonged to Microbacterium with 9 isolates, Pseudomonas with 7 isolates and Bacillus with 5 isolatesa as well as the other 23 genus had only 1 isolate diversity of endiophyte bacterica on culture medium using dominance index,result show dominance index of Rhizobiumv culture medium and NA culture medium is ,had 7 isolate is soybean sprouts juice culture medium and Acetobacter Aceti culture medium,dominance ind
