摘要目的探讨精子染色体扩散试验(SCD)及精子形态学检测结果的个体变异度及这两种检测结果的相关性。方法:本研究对39例男性不育症患者,与10例合格捐精者分别进行了2次精子形态和染色体扩散试验检测。2次检测的时间间隔均为1~3个月。结果:精子DNA断裂率(DFI)与正常形态率在同一受试的2次检测间均无统计学意义。两种检测项目的结果之间没有明显的相关性。结论:SCD和形态学检测结果在短期个体变异度低,两者之间相关性不显著。

【Abstract】Objective: To assess intraindividual variation of sperm chromatin dispersion test (SCD) and sperm morphology assessment in infertile subjects, and the correlation between the two analysis. Methods: 39 infertile male and 10 healthy donors were included in the research. The sperm chromatin dispersion test (SCD) and sperm morphology assessment were taken separately over a period of at least a month twice. Results: There was no significant difference in the DNA fragmentation index(DFI) and the normal morphology between two different samples from the same individuals. There was no significant
correlation between the two analysis. Conclusion : Intraindividual variation of the result of sperm SCD and sperm morphology assessment was low in short time.
