虚拟企业合作伙伴选择方法研究

摘要
伴随着企业面临的内外环境的变化和信息技术的不断发展,虚拟企业成为许
多企业的现实选择。虚拟企业是由多个具有不同核心能力的合作伙伴构成的、暂
时性的企业联盟。合作伙伴选择与管理直接关系到虚拟企业的成败,对虚拟企业
合作伙伴选择与管理进行研究成为当务之急。
本文首先回顾了虚拟企业的发展历程,分析其产生的必然性,指出传统的合
作伙伴选择方式已不再适应当前变化与不确定的竞争环境。在综述近年来国内外
有关虚拟企业合作伙伴选择问题研究现状的基础上,提出了本文的研究主题,运
用了现有的理论研究成果,首先分析了虚拟企业的特征、实现形式以及建立过程,
阐述了虚拟企业合作伙伴关系在虚拟企业中所具有的重要意义。在此基础上对虚
拟企业合作伙伴选择问题进行了研究,首先根据虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的任务和
过程特点,提出了合作伙伴选择的三阶段过程模型。考虑到层次分析法是对定性
指标进行定量分析的比较方便的方法,本文采用了层次分析法对合作伙伴关系进
行评价,对评价过程的定量指标进行了适当处理,使得定量指标与定性指标都能
够方便地在层次分析模型中进行分析评价。在案例中,笔者根据制造类企业的需
要提出了较完备的合作伙伴评价指标体系,同时对伙伴选择优化的过程提出了一
种 AHP 筛选方法,这种方式计算简单,使用方便,具有现实意义。
此外,本文对我国虚拟企业建立过程中存在的其它管理问题进行了分析,并
对强化我国企业虚拟化进程中的管理提出了几点建议。

ABSTRACT
Along with the change in internal and external environments and the information
developing, virtual enterprise has e the realistic choice of more and more
companies. The virtual enterprise is a temporary union which posed by several
partners with distinct petence. The partner selection and management
immediately concern whether the virtual enterprise will be essful or not.
This paper looks back the development process of virtual enterprise firstly,
analyze its creation of inevitability, point out the method of traditional partner
selection is a way has already no longer adapted to the changeable and indefinite
competition environment at present. In the overview of domestic and international
relevant research status about partner selection of the virtual enterprise in recent years,
this article point out the research topic. By making use of the existing theory, firstly
analyze the characteristic of virtual enterprise and the form of practice and the process
of establishment, and then elaborate the partner selection of virtual enterprise has very
