设计总说明
随着工业化进程的不断深入,环境受到越来越严重的破坏。印染行业排放的废水约占整个工业废水排放量的35%,由此造成的生态破坏是不可估量的,因此必须对印染行业产生的废水进行处理。
本设计处理水量为7000m3/d,原水的平均水质为CODcr:1000mg·L-1,BOD5:300mg·L-1,SS:450mg·L-1,色度:800倍,pH:8~12。原水具有排放量大,污染物浓度高,成分复杂的特点,采用单一方法较难取得好的处理效果,故采用物化和生化相结合的方法进行处理。
根据印染废水的特点,本设计采用格栅→调节池→混凝沉淀→水解酸化→生物接触氧化→沉淀池的工艺来处理印染废水。印染废水经过混凝沉淀池被除大量的色度和悬浮物,废水中的有机物在水解酸化池和接触氧化池中被微生物降解,进入沉淀池中沉淀后达到排放标准。该工艺具有处理效果好,运行稳定,投资较少的特点。

Design Specification
Along with the industrialization progress continuously thorough, the environment is subjected to the more and more serious breakage. The printing and dyeing wastewater is about 35% in the quantity that the whole industrial wastewater exhausts, that result the ecosystem breakage in can't estimate. Therefore, we must deal with the printing and dyeing wastewater.
The quantity of this design is 7000 m3/d, and the parameter of the raw water in the average is CODcr:1000 mg·L-1, BOD5: 300 mg·L-1, SS: 450 mg·L-1, color: 800 times, pH: 8~12. With the raw water have great capacity, the pollutant density is high, plications, Using a single method to deal with it is difficult to achieve a good result, Therefore, unite biochemical and physico-chemical to disposal the wastewater.
According to the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, The design using grid → regulation pool → coagulation → acid hydrolysis → biological oxidation → sedimentation pond to deal with the dyeing process wastewater.
