河南省财政支出对经济增长的作用

摘要
文章通过建立财政收支与经济增长关系的模型,并结合河南省财政支出总量与经济增长的关系,结果表明河南省财政支出总量对经济增长有正的影响作用。并且分析了各类财政支出结构与经济增长之间的关系,得出结论:,,利用最小二乘法对统计年鉴中关于河南省财政支出各方面的数据进行分析并得出结果,可以看出河南省财政支出结构还存在很多不合理的因素,支出结构有待进一步的调整和完善。本文并通过实证研究以便使河南省的政府部门更合理地使用税收政策和科学地分配财政支出,使财政收支更好地促进经济增长。并根据各部门的影响力大小提出了解决问题的政策性建议

Abstract
The results show that the article through the establishment of the relationship model off is cal revenue and expenditure and economic growth, combined with the relationship of the total fiscal expenditure and economic growth in He Nan Province, He Nan total financial expenditure has a positive effect on economic growth. And analysis of the relationship between the various types of financial expenditure and economic growth, concluded: various types of financial expenditure on economic growth has a certain role. In addition, the use of  analysis tools, using the least squares method data on various aspects of the financial expenditure of the He Nan Province in the Statistical Year book analyzes and the e of the fiscal expenditure structure of He Nan Province can be seen that there are still a lot of irrational factors, the structure of expenditures to be further adjust and improve. The He Nan Province government departments and through empirical research in order to make more rational use of tax policy and scientific allocation of fiscal expenditures, fiscal revenues and expenditures to  better promote  economic growth Depending on the size of the influence of various departments to put forward policy
