——基于2007年以来数据研究
摘要:加工贸易在山东省对外贸易中占有较大的比重,对于该省的经济和社会发展也具有积极的促进作用。2008年、20011年由于受全球金融危机的影响,山东省的加工贸易额有较大的下滑,同时一些深层的问题和矛盾也凸显出来:传统产业比重过高,外资比重较大,劳动力素质较低,受贸易壁垒影响加大,产品竞争力不强等等。本文通过对2008年、2009年山东省加工贸易的发展现状和问题进行研究和分析后,得出结论,只有推进加工贸易的转型升级,加强政府引导才能促进山东省加工贸易更快更好发展,实现加工贸易的可持续发展。

Abstract:Improvement trade constitutes a major proportion in the foreign trade of Shandong Province. And it promotes its economic development and social development effectively. As a result of the worldwide financial crisis, there was an obvious reducibility of Shandong Province improvement trade in 2008 and 2009. Simultaneously, some internal problems and contradictions began to appear. For example,conventional industries hold a exorbitant proportion; the scale of the foreign-owned enterprises was exorbitant; the quality of the labor force was low, the influence of the trade barriers was increasingly greater, petitiveness of the products was weak, etc. In this text, on the basis of reserving and analyzing the current situation and problems about Shandong Province improvement trade of 2008 and 2009, the writer draw a conclusion that only model-transferring and upgrading the improvement trade and strengthing the governmental conductibility will the development of Shandong Province improvement trade be better and faster and never fail to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
