摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,中国作为经济增长的一个发展极,吸引了越来越多的外商直接投资。那么,如何认识外商投资对中国经济的影响,趋利避害,引导和调控外商投资健康发展是一个具有重要理论意义和现实意义的问题。本文共分六大部分。第一部分是引言,交代了本文写作的背景、意义和主要的框架结构。第二部分是文献综述,回顾了外商直接投资理论和经济增长理论的研究成果,为进一步分析了二者的关系奠定了理论基础。第三部分依据最新理论成果对外商直接投资影响我国经济增长的渠道进行了分析,这些渠道分别包括资源配置渠道,技术外溢渠道和对外贸易渠道。第四部分是外商直接投资对我国经济增长的效应分析。本文从积极效用和消极效用两个方面对其影响进行了深入分析。第五部分是实证分析,运用计量经济学方法对外商直接投资对我国经济的影响,从外商直接投资与国内生产总值的相关度、外商直接投资增长率与国内生产总值增长率相关度、外资贡献率三个方面进行定量分析。第六部分是政策建议。针对利用外商直接投资过程中出现的问题,本文根据上述研究的基础,对关于如何进一步利用好外商直接投资,趋利避害,引导和调控外商投资健康发展提出了相应的解决办法和政策建议。

Abstract
Being an development pole,China's economic growth has attracted more and more foreign direct investment(FDI) in the context of economic , how to understand the impact of foreign direct investment in China's economic, trapper inside a guide and regulate a healthy development of foreign investment is of important theoretical and practical significance. This article is divided into six major parts. The first part is a foreword, which gives its readers the background, significance and frame construction of this article. The second part, theory summarizes, in which the author reviewed the research results of foreign direct investment theory and economic growth theory, for a further analysis of their relationships. In the third part , based on the latest theory achievements , the channels of how foreign direct investment impact China's economic growth were channels include the allocation of resources, technology spillover channels and foreign trade channels. The fourth part is the effect analysis on foreign direct investment to our country economic growth. This article has carried on its thorough analysis on influence both from the positive effectiveness and from the negative ones. Part V is the empirical using econometrical methods,this paper analyzed the correlation degree between the foreign direct investment and GDP, between the increment rate of foreign direct investment and
