内容摘要
随着改革开放的不断进行,见证了证券公司从无到有,从小到大的全过程。证券公司的这个名字逐渐成为了家喻户晓的名词,可是随着时间的不断过去,和改革开放水平的不断进步,证券公司赖以生存的制度环境和市场环境发生了剧变,证券公司的政策性生存模式走向终结。而这一切的发生是由于我国证券公司一直是传统的“通道”型盈利模式,存在盈利途径单一、业务结构不合理、盈利波动性大、成本控制不利、同质化竞争严重、缺乏核心竞争力等一系列问题。本文以证券公司创新管理理论和金融产业可持续发展理论为指导,从分析我国证券公司业务收入结构出发,结合证券公司自身存在的原因和证券公司外部原因两个层次,深入系统地研究了造成我国证券公司盈利模式落后的原因,得出了一些值得我国证券公司借鉴的特点。并且文章提出了在新的市场环境下,创新我国证券公司盈利模式的基本思路:通过业务模式创新、组织结构创新及管理创新,使我国证券公司的盈利模式由传统的“通道”型模式转变为以客户为核心的“服务”型模式。

Abstract
With the ongoing of reform and opening up, we witnessed panies from scratch and the whole process from small to large. pany has e a household name, but as time continued in the past and advances of the level of reform and opening up, the policy and market environment for panies changed dramatically, the policy survival mode of panies e to an end. This is because Chinese panies have been the profit model of traditional "channel” type, there are many problems, for example, only one way to profitability, irrational business structure, high earnings volatility, negative cost control, petition, the lack of petence and other issues. This paper is instructed by the theory of sustainable development of financial industry and the innovation of panies management, based on the analysis of operating e structure of securities firms, combined the internal reasons and the external reasons exist in panies, and study systematically in depth the reason why the panies’ profit patterns in China fall behind in the world. After the analysis, it obtained some characteristics which Chinese panies may learn. Furthermore, this thesis put forward new innovation ideas of profit model of panies in the new market environment, for instance business model innovation, organizational structure innovation and management innovation, to make panies’ profit model change from the traditional "channel" type into “service" type model which customer will be the core.
