随着全球化竞争的挑战,技术创新的作用日益明显,而高新技术产品出口量也已经成为各国外贸增长的引擎。本文选取浙江在入世以后到金融危机这段时间的数据,以R&D投入量和专利申请数为变量,贸易竞争力指数为应变量,并基于国内外对技术创新和高新技术产品出口问题的研究,采用规范分析与实证分析相结合,定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,对技术创新与高新技术产品竞争力进行分析。找出浙江高新技术产品出口贸易与技术创新发展存在的问题,并对两者进行回归分析和相关分析。进而提出技术创新对提高高新技术产品出口竞争力的应对措施,突出技术创新在高新技术产品出口中的作用,为各企业提升自身竞争力提供借鉴,促使浙江名副其实的从贸易大省走向贸易强省。

ABSTRACT
With the petition, the effect of technological innovation is increasingly obvious ,and the high-tech product exports also has e a world trade growth engines. This article selects the zhejiang in financial crisis after accession to the data, this time with R&D input and the patent number is variable, petitiveness index for both at home and abroad, and should be based on the variables of technology innovation and high-tech products export, using correlation analysis and empirical analysis, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, combining research methods of technical innovation and high-tech petitive analysis. Find zhejiang high-tech products export trade and technology innovation, and the existing problems in the development of both regression analysis and correlation analysis. And technical innovation to improve the petitiveness of high-tech products, outstanding technical innovation measures in the export of high-tech products, the role for enterprises to improve their petitiveness, to provide reference for zhejiang province from trade worthy to trade strong province.
