摘
要
目的: 探讨多层螺旋 CT PA 及后处理技术对肺动脉栓塞的诊断及临床应用价值。方法: 回顾性分析 40 例经
多层螺旋 CT PA 确诊为肺动脉栓塞的影像资料, 并应用 M PR 、M IP、V R 等后处理方法不同角度显示肺动脉及其栓子情
况, 观察肺动脉栓塞的征象, 10 例经临床治疗后行 CT P A 复查并与临床结果对照指导治疗。结果: 40 例肺动脉栓塞( PE)
病例中, 中央型 P E32 例, 周围型 PE8 例。肺动脉内栓子表现为中心型、偏心型及闭塞型的充盈缺损。经治疗复查 CT PA
显示栓子变小或消失。结论: M SCT P A 已成为诊断肺动脉栓塞的可靠方法, 并为肺动脉栓塞的治疗提供必要的指导。
