[摘要]
目的
评价 D - d im er检查对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法
收集临床疑诊下肢深静脉血栓的
住院患者, 均在 48h内进行 D - dim er检查和双侧下肢静脉加压超声检查, 评价 D - d ime r检查诊断下肢深静脉血的
敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果
274例患者纳入研究, 以 D - dim er 500ng /m l为阳性结果, D -
d im er检查诊断 DVT 的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为 87% 、75. 9% 、67. 4% 和 91% 。结论
D -
d im er检查对下肢深静脉血栓有较高诊断价值。
