摘要
变电站是电力系统运行过程中最重要的环节之一,它的运行状况直接影响到整个电力系统的经济性以及可靠性。要提高变电站的运行效率,一个最基本的办法就是要提高变电站管理和运行的自动化水平,实现变电站的综合自动化。
本文针对变电站的技术要求,从目前变电站中主流的完全分散式结构形式入手对变电站整体结构布局,分别进行了对一次系统和二次系统的设计。在硬件部分选择带三相变压器组的变压器,这样相比单相变压器组的变压器,造价更低、占地面积更小、运行费用更少,大大降低了投入和运行成本。在软件配置上,选用目前实际运用中反馈很好的RCS-9000变电站综合自动化系统。其特点是集测量、监视、控制、保护和另外自动化运行功能于一体,能满足对35kv-500kv不同变电标准的变电站的稳定运行的需要,为实现变电站自动化无人值班式运行管理提供了可靠的技术条件。

ABSTRACT
The transformer substation is one of the most important link in the process of operation of power system, its running state directly affects the whole power system economy and reliability. To improve the efficiency of the substation, one of the most fundamental way is to improve the automation level of management and operation of substation, integrated automation transformer substation.
In this paper, according to the requirements of substation substation technology, from the current mainstream fully distributed structure of the overall layout and structure, were designed for a system and the two system. In the part of hardware selection of transformer with three-phase transformer, compared with transformer single-phase transformer group, lower cost, smaller footprint, operation cost less, greatly reducing the investment and operating costs. In the software configuration, the actual use of feedback of RCS-9000 substation integrated automation system is very good. Its characteristic is measuring, monitoring, control, protection and automatic operation function in a body, can satisfy the need for stable operation of the 35kv-500kv substation substation of different standards, provides reliable technical condition of transformer substation automation unattended operation management.
