模糊诊断技术在天然气压缩机故障诊断中的应用

摘要: 针对某天然气压气站的大型离心压缩机故障诊断的要求, 提出一种基于模糊理论的故障诊断模型。该模型
基于征兆对于故障的肯定及否定程度, 提出修正模糊关系矩阵, 能够适应复杂故障的诊断。实践证明这种诊断模型应用
在压缩机故障诊断上是可行的。

Abstract:A mathematic model of fault diagnosis based on the fuzzy theory was established for the large
p ressors in natural gas station. According to the positive and negative effect of symp tom s to faults, the revised fuzzy relation
matrix was introduced to suit p lex fault diagnosis. The p roposed model was p roved to be p racticable on fault diagno
sis for p ressor.
