设计总说明
本设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。
一般部分为开滦矿务局范各庄矿新井设计,全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概括及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。
范各庄井田,矿井东西长约为2570m,南北宽约为5700m,。井田内的可采煤层为5煤、7煤、9煤,其中主采为9煤,该煤层赋存稳定,。倾角平均为13°,为缓斜厚煤层。,。矿井最大涌水量为1140/h,,属于低瓦斯矿井。
范各庄矿年设计生产能力180万t/a,。采用立井单水平加暗斜井延伸开拓,第一水平标高-450m,第二水平标高-650m。矿井采用单一走向长壁综合机械化采煤法。
矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,长度200m,煤的运输采用10t架线式电机车牵引3t固定式矿车运输。矿井的通风方式采用中央分列式通风。

The Brief Introduction of the Design
This design including two parts: general part and special part.
The general part is a new design of Fangezhuang Mine in Kailuan Group. It has ten chapters: the outline of the mine and coalfield geology, boundary and reserves, the designed annual production capacity, service life and working area, underground transportation, lifting, ventilation and safety, the economy and technology index of the mine.
The Fangezhuang coal field lies in the city of Hebei province. The boundary of the mine runs km from west to east and from north to south on average. The total area of the mine is about km2. there are two available seams:5#,7#, 9#.They buried stably and belonging to lesser pitching coal seam, with the average angle 13degree. The industry reserves of the mine are million tons and the usable million tons. The average flow of the mine water is from 1140 m3/h. It is a lower gas mine.
The production annual capacity of Fangezhuang mine is million tons, and it’s service life is years. There are 2 levels in the mine. The first development level located at the -400m, the second is –650m. The mining method is fully mechanized along the coal bed strike.
