复杂机械产品概念设计中实例推理技术的研究与应用

摘要
机械产品的概念设计是产品设计的重要阶段,一直以来都是各国企业及学者研究的热点问
题。本课题针对复杂机械产品概念设计的创造性、复杂性、推理不确定性等特点,从智能设计
角度对概念设计过程中需求分析与功能映射、多级实例推理技术、实例适应性修改、方案评价
等关键问题内容作了深入的研究。
本课题首先基于复杂产品的设计需求特点,采用基元模型形式化描述各种设计需求信息,
建立具有层次关系的需求基元蕴含树模型,引入公理化设计理论的“Z”字映射分解和独立公理,
并对功能质量配置中质量屋进行改进,完成功能特性的多级分解和相应设计参数的确定以及权
重计算;其次,针对大型复杂机械产品设计具有复杂性、多层次和多属性特点,建立产品的多
级实例数据库和多级实例模块物元表达模型,研究了基于子空间法的产品分类检索算法,制定
了多级模块实例属性匹配规则,以及给出了模块推理问题隶属度和实例相似检索属性量值贴近
度的计算方法;再其次,将可拓方法应用于实例适应性修改设计过程中,以菱形思维模型为基
础,从修改问题的基元建模、问题拓展分析、相容度函数建立、可拓变换方法以及可拓评价等
方面研究了可拓实例修改方法;然后,为了能更好地对设计方案中的不完全性和不确定性的设
计信息进行处理与利用,在构建评价方案体系和评价指标基础上,介绍了复杂产品方案设计多
指标灰色区间关联综合评价法;最后,在上述理论研究的基础上,完成了大型水轮机方案设计
软件模块设计的开发,验证了论文相关理论的可行性。

Abstract
The conceptual design of mechanical products is an important stage of product design, which has
always been a hot issue for national enterprises and scholars. For the conceptual design plex
mechanical products’ creativity, complexity, uncertainty reasoning features, from the perspective of
intelligent concept design, this paper does the depth research on some key problems: needs
analysis ,functional mapping, multi-level case-based reasoning, instance adaptation and program
evaluation and so on.
Based on the characteristics plex product design requirements, the base element model is
used to the various formal description of requirements information, and a hierarchy tree of
needs-based element. In this paper, propose axiomatic design "Z"character map position and
independent justice, combined with the modified HOQ of allocation of functions, plete the
functional properties of multi-level position and the corresponding weighting; For the large
complex, multi-level and multi-attribute characteristics plex mechanical product design,
establishes a database of multi-level product instances and multi-level expre
