我及其对行业增长的影响研究

摘要
在我国现阶段的经济发展中,机械工业担负着为国民经济各部门提供技术装备
的任务,是国民经济中具有重大战略意义的装备工业,机械工业的发展水平在很大
程度上影响甚至决定着相关产业部门的发展水平。目前,我国机械工业的发展尚存
在着自主创新能力落后,生产效率低下等问题,而信息化则是推动机械行业迅速健
康发展的一个重要有利因素。
本文基于现有数据,首先建立了机械行业信息化发展水平的测度指标体系,进
而对 1995-2008 年度机械工业七个分行业的信息化水平进行测度,再进一步分析了各
分行业信息化发展水平对经济增长的影响,并利用投入产出表对机械工业信息化和
经济增长的关系进行了探讨。
本文主要结论有:第一,1995-2008 年间,机械工业七个分行业的信息化水平呈
现稳健上升趋势;但上升速度各有区别。第二,在机械工业中,信息化发展水平已
经成为经济增长的重要因素;在某些分行业中,信息技术促进经济增长的作用甚至
超过了资本和劳动投入。第三,机械工业七个分行业对于信息产业的依赖程度不断
增强,信息产业对机械工业各分行业的带动作用也越来越大,信息产业对其他部门
生产的影响程度也高于社会平均水平,这说明信息行业通过其较大的渗透性,可以
大大促进机械工业甚至整个国民经济的发展。

Abstract
In the present stage of economic development in China, the machinery industry,
which takes the responsibility of providing technical equipments for the other industries, is
of great strategic significance in the national economy. The level of development of
machinery industry largely influences or even determines the level of development of the
related industry sectors. At present, there are some problems in the development of China's
machinery industry, such as lack of the ability of independent innovation, low production
efficiency and so on, while the informatization is an important positive factor to promote
rapid and healthy development of machinery industry.
This thesis establishes the index system for measuring the level of development of
informatization of machinery industry based on existing data environment, and then
measures the informatization level of seven sub-industries from 1995 to 2008, further
analyses the impact of informatization level on economic growth. The relationship
between informatization level of seven sub-industries and economic growth is studied by
the method of input-output tables.
The conclusions of this thesis focus on the following aspects: (1). The
