摘要
随着我国经济建设的迅速发展,做为我国支柱产业之一的建筑业的发展规模与速度空前,城市化进入迅猛增长期,城乡建设规模逐年扩大,大量的建设工程项目在各地实施。建筑工程的质量问题也日益凸显,如何正确发挥工程监理的作用,保证工程质量是监理工作必须认真思考的问题。质量监理是一个系统工程, 包括可行性研究、决策、勘察设计、施工、竣工验收等各个环节的工作,其中施工阶段的质量控制是工程项目质量控制最重要的阶段,也是监理工程师实施质量、进度和投资三大控制目标的核心。因此,监理工程师的有效工作对于做好工程的质量控制,无疑具有极其重要的意义。

Along with the quick economic development of our country, as one of the pillar industries in China 's construction industry development scale and speed of unprecedented, city is changed enter rapid growth period, urban and rural construction scale has expanded each year, many construction projects throughout the implementation. The construction quality problem also is highlighted increasingly, how to play the role of engineering supervision to ensure the engineering quality of supervision work, is the problem that must think seriously. Quality management is a system engineering, including feasibility study, decision-making, survey and design, construction, completion and acceptance and other aspects of the work, of which the quality control in the construction stage of engineering project quality control is the most important stage, is also the supervision engineer the implementation of quality, progress and investment control target of three big core.
