摘要
众所周知,中国是名列前茅的世界石油生产、消费和进口大国,近年来,随着社会经济的不断发展,中国对石油的消费量也在不断攀升,进口量更是增长迅速,相对应的,石油对外依存度的高度也在不断刷新。中国石油对外依存度的不断飙升,一方面对我国能源安全造成了一定威胁,使其日益脆弱;另一方面,对我国经济发展也造成了一定影响和障碍;甚至还会增加我国同周边石油消费大国之间的竞争激烈程度。总之,石油是关系国家经济发展和能源安全的重要战略物资之一,对我国石油对外依存度的研究至关重要,也迫在眉睫。本文通过我国石油消费状况、生产状况和进口状况来观察石油对外依存度的总体现状,通过数据计算总结近年来中国石油对外依存度的发展过程及其走势,推测其未来一段时间的发展趋势,发现石油进口过程中出现的一系列问题,并通过分析这些问题找出造成中国石油对外依存度不断升高的根本原因所在,从而总结出应对我国石油对外依存度不断攀升现象的解决途径和方法。

As is known to all, China is ranked world oil consumption, production and importing countries, in recent years, with the economic and social development, China's oil consumption is rising quickly, imports is increasing rapidly, corresponding, oil external dependence height also constantly refresh. China petroleum external dependence on one hand, the surging, caused a our country's energy security threat, make its increasingly vulnerable; On the other hand, to our country economy development also creates certain influence and obstacles; Even with the peripheral oil consumption increase China's petition between the great powers degree. Anyhow, oil is related to the national economic development and energy security, one of the important strategic materials of our oil external dependence research is vital, and also imminent. This article through our oil consumption situation, production condition and import status to observe the overall situation of foreign dependence on oil, through the data calculation summary in recent years Chinese oil external dependence developing process and the trends, presumably, the future development trend of period of time, the discovery of oil imports a series of problems appeared in the process, and through the analysis of these problems caused by China petroleum external dependence out the fundamental reason why the rising in China, thus summarizes cope with rising oil external dependence phenomenon of the solution and methods.
