芦笋产业的现状及发展问题研究
——以永济市为例
摘要:永济市拥有芦笋加工企业12家。自2001年以来,年加工能力6万吨以上,形成4大类(保鲜、速冻、罐头、反季芦笋)35个型号百余个品种。芦笋产业已成为永济市主导产业之一。年出口成品罐头和速冻产品接近4万吨,总产值35亿元,产品畅销欧美、日本等43个国家和地区。永济市的芦笋产业还存在贴牌生产、缺乏销售宣传、用工短缺、没采用先进科学的种植技术、产销价格不稳定等问题。本文拟对永济市芦笋产业发展中存在的这些问题进行比较全面细致的分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。

Current Situation and Development of the asparagus industry Research
——Case Study Yongji City
Abstract: Yongji city has the asparagus processing enterprises 2001, the annual processing capacity of 60,000 tons or more, the formation of four categories (fresh, frozen, canned-of-season asparagus) 35 models and more than 100 asparagus industry has e one of the leading industries of the Yongji finished products, canned and frozen products close to 40,000 tons, billion yuan of output value, product selling in 43 countries and regions such as Europe, America, asparagus industry still exists the OEM production, lack of sales promotion, labor shortages, no use of advanced science and cultivation technology, production and marketing price instability and other issues. This article intends to prehensive and detailed analysis of these problems in the asparagus industry in the development of Yongji City, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
