摘要
畜牧业是现代农业的重要组成部分,其发展水平是衡量一个国家和地区农业现代化的重要标识。“没有畜牧业的经济是一种不完全的国民经济”,因此,发展畜牧业在社会主义新农村建设中具有举足轻重的地位和作用。大力发展畜牧业,是进行农业结构战略性调整和提高农业整体效益的一个重要措施,是建设现代化农业和社会主义新农村的重要任务,也是促进农牧民增收的有效途径。作为我国畜牧业的一个重要单元,畜牧业在白音他拉苏木的经济发展中扮演着十分重要的角色。近年来,白音他拉苏木的畜牧业实现了持续快速发展。在看到畜牧业发展的成就的同时,白音他拉苏木的畜牧业在发展过程中还存在着牧民的组织化程度低、市场竞争能力弱,畜产品加工体系不健全、市场竞争能力弱,良种繁育体系不健全,兽医工作基础薄弱、重大疫情防御工作薄弱,缺乏优质饲草、经济效益低等问题;严重的制约了白音他拉苏木畜牧业的进一步的发展。本论文针对这些问题进行了分析,在此基础上又针对性的提出了提高牧民科学教育水平,普及科学养蓄之路;建立生态畜牧业,推进畜牧业结构调整;大力发展畜产品加工企业,建设畜产品供销体系;加快推进动物疫病防治体系建设,强化动物疫病防御工作;加强良种繁育体系建设,保护引进的优良品种;加大政府的扶持力度,开辟各种融资渠道等建议和对策。
