摘要
当前大学生就业形势的日益严峻,已经越来越引起大家的重视。随着高等教育大众化,高校毕业生就业也进入到大众化时代,就业的总量矛盾和结构性矛盾更为突出,出现了“无业可就”、“有业不就”的供需结构不对称的现象。因此,加强大学生就业教育,引导毕业生正确认识就业形势;重视心理教育,培养毕业生良好的求职心态;重视成才观教育,提升高校毕业生就业竞争力;是解决就业问题的迫切要求。

Abstract
The current employment situation of college students increasingly serious, already more and more cause the attention of people. With the popularization of higher education, the employment of university graduates into the popularization era, too. The amount of employment and the structural contradictions is more outstanding. Therefore, strengthen the education of university students' employment, guide the graduates to recognize the employment situation; Attaches great importance to the psychological education, cultivate graduates a good job mentality; Attaches great importance to the education, the employment of university petitiveness; Is the urgent requirement of solving the employment problem.
