摘要
本文针对不锈钢椭圆形零件和形状复杂的飞机燃油箱口盖异形杯零件,从塑性成形的基本力
学原理出发,结合板料成形数值模拟技术,采用有限元软件 Dynaform 对零件充液拉深的关键成
形参数进行仿真模拟,对不锈钢椭圆形零件和飞机燃油箱口盖异形杯零件进行了试验研制,加工
出合格零件。本文的主要研究工作如下:
(1)针对不锈钢椭圆形零件和异形杯零件,分别进行了工艺分析、模具设计和制造。
(2)采用有限元软件 Dynaform 对零件充液拉深过程中液池溢流压力、预胀压力、压边间
隙、凹模圆角半径、摩擦与润滑方式等关键成形参数进行了数值模拟,得出以下结论:在不锈钢
椭圆形零件成形过程中,适当增加凸模摩擦系数和合适的凹模圆角半径,有利于零件的成形,合
理的液压加载路径,得到的零件壁厚最为均匀,成形效果最好;在异形杯零件成形过程中,溢流
压力过大,会产生起皱甚至破裂现象,溢流压力过小,会产生起皱现象,压边间隙取板料厚度的
倍时,所得零件壁厚最为均匀,成形效果最好。
(3)根据数值模拟得到的优化参数,进行试验研制,加工得到合格的不锈钢椭圆形零件和
飞机燃油箱口盖异形杯零件,零件表面质量好,厚度比较均匀,比原有工艺加工的零件在质量
和效率上有很大提高。

板材充液拉深的数值模拟与试验研究
Abstract
This article implemented the finite-element analysis (FEA) software Dynaform to simulate the key
parameters of parts forming and studied the stainless steel oval-shaped part and the fuel tank of a plane
which based on the forming principle. The main work is now listed below:
(1) The analysis of the technology, mold design and manufacturing were carried on separately for
the stainless steel oval-shaped part and the fuel tank of a plane.
(2) During the process of the hydromechanical deep drawing of the parts, the overflow pressure,
pre-bulging pressure, blank holding gap, fillet radios, friction coefficient and the key forming
parameters were simulated by the software Dynaform. The results showed that, during the process of
the forming process for the stainless steel oval-shaped part, it was beneficial to the sheet metal forming
if the punch friction coefficient and die fillet radius were increased appropriately. Also, the part could
be essfully made if choosing the reasonable path of the hydraulic loading. During the forming
process of the fuel tank of a plane, the sheet will wrinkle and even break if the overflow pressure was
