摘要
民营企业作是为一种适应社会化大生产和市场经济发展需要而产生的一种经济体制。随着我国市场经济日益完善,我国民营企业也随之蓬勃发展。而随着发展至今,在我国经济总量中的比重也越来越重。因此民营企业的好坏将直接影响我国经济的发展与进步。然而现阶段我国民营企业的管理与发展还存在很多问题。企业的发展不仅需要资金、人力资源、物质提供等。更总要的是有效与切实对的管理体系。才能有效的促进企业发展。尤其是对民营企业这种特殊的企业形式而言,怎样从旧的体系中挣脱出来,研究其问题及对策,获取新的管理模式,对于企业的进步就显得尤为重要。

Abstract
Private enterprise is an adaptation of socialized production and market economy the need of the development of an economic system. Along with our country market economy is increasingly perfect, our country private enterprise also flourish. Along with the development so far, in gross of our country economy and the proportion is more and more serious. Therefore, private enterprises will have a direct impact on the development of our country economy and progress. However, the present stage our country private enterprise's management and development has many problems. The development of the enterprise not only need capital, human resources, material supply. More importantly effective and practical for management system. To effectively promote the development of enterprises. Especially for private enterprises this kind of special enterprise form, how from the old system to emerge, to study the problem and countermeasure, obtain a new management mode, for the enterprise development is particularly important.
