摘要:当今世界各国都面临着水资源短缺和水资源污染的困境,如何保护水资源是当今社会所面临的一个重要课题。我国水资源总量较丰富,但人均拥有量少,时空分布不均,水土资源不相匹配。随着工农业生产的发展和人口的增加,全国总用水量不断增加。水资源的开发利用出现了新的问题即水资源出现短缺,同时污染导致水质的不断下降,可供使用的水资源进一步减少,使水资源的供需矛盾更加突出。本文分析了陕北地区水资源分布特点和水资源开发利用现状及存在问题,从社会经济环境协调发展角度,借鉴其他先进国家科学利用水源的先进经验,提出了陕北地区水资源可持续开发利用的基本对策。

Assessment of sustainable utilization of water resources of Northern Shaanxi
Abstract: Most countries of the world are facing the problems of water shortages and water pollution. It is important to protect the water resources. Water resources in China are abundant in gross, but less in per capita. And the water resources distributed unbalanced on time and space. Water and soil resources do not match. With the development of industrial, agricultural production and the increase of population, the country's total water consumption is increasing. The development and utilization of water resources in the emergence of new issues that is the shortage of water resources, water pollution led to the constant decline in the availability of water resources in a more reduced to its water supply and demand will e even more prominent. The distribution and problems of water resources in North Shaanxi are discussed. There are many topics concerning with the way to solve the problems. In the author′s opinion, the urgent way to meet the needs of the development and prosperity of North Shaan
