摘要
C2C是电子商务中发展较为迅速也比较有前景的一个模式,但诚信问题是阻碍其发展的最大瓶颈。本研究主要是利用博弈的方法对电子商务C2C模式下交易方的诚信行为进行研究。从完全信息静态博弈到完全信息动态博弈及不完全信息动态博弈,同时还运用重复博弈、进化博弈等方法对交易方的诚信行为进行多方面的分析。最后提出了以政府或银行作为第三方监管的机制,对建设电子商务中的诚信体系起到借鉴作用。
本研究报告主体包括五部分,第一部分对文章的研究背景和意义作了简要说明,并阐述了国内外的研究现状、概括本文研究方法和内容;第二部分主要对本文研究所涉及的一些术语的定义作了简要描述;第三部分利用了博弈的方法分析了完全信息静态模型、完全信息动态模型以及不完全信息动态模型下C2C交易双方的诚信行为的最优选择策略等;第四部分是通过在鹰-鸽博弈的理论分析的基础上,进而分析了在诚信体系不完善或完善两种条件下的进化博弈模型,得出不同的交易方式下,交易主体的最优策略选择的不同的结论;第五部分主要是总结本研究报告主要内容及特点,针对目前C2C交易存在的诚信问题及上述博弈模型的分析,提出相关的建议,希望能够对我国电子商务诚信建设起借鉴作用,并指出文章的局限性以及对今后研究工作的展望。

Abstract
C2C model developing fast in merce, and this model has a great foreground, but there is a big holdback for developing of C2C model. This paper mainly uses the method of game theory to research of the honesty behavior of traders in C2C model of the merce. The paper analyzes the behavior from the plete information static game plete information dynamic game and plete information dynamic-game. Still use repeated games, evolutionary game etc. And it has proposed the supervision model of government or bank being the trusted third party.
This paper includes five parts. The first part shows the research background and significance briefly, and descripbes the research at home and abroad, generalizes the reseach methods and content of this paper. The second part gives a brief description of the terms related in this paper. The third part analyses the optimal selection strategies of the act of good faith on both sides of C2C transactions, which is under plete information static model, plete information dynamic model and plete information dynamic model, using the methods of the game. The forth part analyses the evolutionary game model in imperfect or perfect two conditions of the credit system based on the theoretical analysis of Eagle - pigeon game, getting the conclusion that the optimal policy choice of the m
