摘要
办公自动化,英文 Office Automation,简称OA,是办公信息处理的自动化,它利用先进的技术,使人的各种办公业务活动逐步由各种设备、各种人机信息系统来协助完成,达到充分利用信息,提高工作效率和工作质量,提高生产率的目的。
在行政机关、企事业单位工作中,/技术,基于工作流的概念,以计算机为中心,采用一系列现代化的办公设备和先进的通信技术,广泛、全面、迅速地收集、整理、加工、存储和使用信息,使企业内部人员方便快捷地共享信息,高效地协同工作;改变过去复杂、低效的手工办公方式,为科学管理和决策服务,从而达到提高行政效率的目的。一个企业实现办公自动化的程度也是衡量其实现现代化管理的标准。本设计的办公自动化系统运用软件工程、数据结构等多门学科的知识,和SQL Server 2005技术,用C#编写代码,构建了一个支持多用户的、开放式的、人性化的现代办公系统。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护,以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。整个系统遵从操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的原则。

Abstract
Office automation , English Office Automation, abbreviated as OA, the automation of information processing that work , it utilizes advanced technology, makes various official working operational activities of people's help to finish by various apparatus , various man-machine information systems progressively , reach and fully utilize information, improve working efficiency and work quality , the purpose to boost Productivity .
In the executive authorities, enterprises and institutions work, is the use of / technology, based on the concept of work flow to puter as the center, using a series of modern office equipment and munication technology, broad, comprehensive and rapid collection, collation , Processing, storage and use of information so that the internal staff to share information quickly and easily and efficiently work together; change plex and inefficient manual office, for the scientific management and decision-making, thus enhancing administrative efficiency to achieve the objective. A business office to achieve the degree of automation is to achieve a measure of its modern management standards.
