平板类塑件翘曲变形分析与成型工艺优化
摘要
随着注塑成型技术发展,塑料制品的运用越来越广泛,对塑件的质量要求不断
的提高。翘曲变形引起的塑件形状上的偏差会严重影响产品的质量,因此翘曲变形
及其解决方法已被人们越来越多的关注和研究。对塑件翘曲变形的分析和优化其成
型工艺参数,在实际生产中能很好的减小翘曲变形量,提高生产效率。
本文首先阐述了注塑成型技术及 CAE 技术在其中的应用,介绍了产生翘曲变形
的基本原理,解析了各成型参数对翘曲变形的影响,由此结合塑件实际情况确定优
化研究方法。
在此基础上,以某公司生产中的冰箱抽屉为例,采用正交试验法和 CAE 技术相
结合,研究了成型工艺参数对注塑制品表观质量(翘曲量,体积收缩率,缩痕指
数)的影响程度和影响趋势,并基于综合平衡法分析得出最优的工艺参数组合。经
实验验证,效果良好,产品的表观质量得到了一定的改进。
针对某公司的汽车门托盖板件在实际成产中出现的翘曲问题,提出和建立了
一种基于人工神经网络的翘曲预测模型。构建 BP 神经元网络,以模具温度、熔
体温度、注射时间、保压时间、保压压力和冷却时间作为神经网络的输入,翘曲
变形量作为神经网络的输出,基于正交试验与 CAE 软件模拟得出训练样本及检测
样本数据。在验证了构建的翘曲预测模型准确可行后,结合遗传算法,对塑件的
成型工艺参数进行了分析研究,得出了最优化工艺参数组合,并在 CAE 模拟和实
际生产中得到了验证,有效的控制了塑件的翘曲变形缺陷,有一定的指导作用。

Warpage Analysis and Optimization on Molding
Process of Flat Plastic Parts
Abstract
With the development of injection molding technology, more and more plastic
products are used in daily life, and increasing the quality of plastic articles is required.
Warpage of plastic parts has seriously influence on part quality due to the deviation of the
shape, thus warpage of plastic during the injection molding process and the best solution
resulting in the minimum warpage value of the part have attracted more and more attentions
and researches. Analyzing warpage and optimizing molding process parameters can
minimize the warpage of the injection molding parts in practical production and
improve production efficiency.
The injection molding technology and the application of CAE technology were
described in this paper, the basic principle of warpage was introduced, the effects of
injection process parameters on the molding process were analyzed, and the optimization
method of this research was bining with actual situation.
