ABSTRACT
As the development of industry technique, AC Permanent Synchronous Motors
(PMSM) servo system is developing very fast and widely used in the area C Machine Tool and
industry robot etc. As the ponent of servo system, the velocity control of AC PMSM is
developing fast too.
The full-digital PMSM drive system based on DSP is a trend of AC drive system and is very
convenient to realize intelligent control algorithm and high performance strategies. The purpose of
this paper is to design a full-digital PMSM drive system based on the DSP TMS320F2812 and
provide a hardware and software platform for further research.
Firstly: make an introduction of PMSM drive system development situation and direction;
found the mathematical model of PMSM; analysis the property and design the regulator of current
and speed circle by classical control theory.
Secondly, found the AC driver system model using rotator ic flux orientation and space
vector control pulse width modulation technique on the base of simulation software Matlab; verify
the characteristics of the designed regulator by simulation and obtain satisfying effects.
Thirdly, make real-time debugging of current and speed circle respectively ; analysis the
problems appeared during debugging and put forword the solution.
Finally, analysis the low speed characteristics of the AC driver system and put forword the
solution of improvement.
the experiment results indicate that the control system can achieve good dynamic and static
performances ; prove the correctness of theory and simulation and pave the way for future research
and application. But the characteristics of low speed need further research and improvement.
